- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, with photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 30-day warranty period from the date of product receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG Team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
