Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not according to the order will be replaced with a new item.
Submit a claim a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by attaching photos/videos as proof.
Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 1-year warranty period from the date of receipt, a claim can be processed after the product has been registered.
