Returns & Refunds of SVRG

  1. How to Submit a Return Request
    1. Ensure that all conditions for product returns have been met.
    2. Contact our Customer Service to confirm the product return and explain the reason for the return along with supporting data (photos, unboxing videos, receipt number and order number).
    3. If your return request is approved, Customer Service will contact you.
    4. Prepare the product and repack the product properly.
    5. Send the product back to the address provided by customer service, the detailed address is below.
    6. Send the shipping receipt number and your complaint report number to SVRG Customer Service after you ship the product.

  1. Return Policy

This return request can only be accepted if:

    1. If the item received does not match the order (wrong item sent) or there is a defect, all shipping costs will be borne entirely by svrg.co.id.
    2. Clothing & footwear can be returned if the size does not match within 7 days from the date of purchase. All costs for shipping goods will be borne entirely by the customer.
    3. Returning goods is not part of the clearance sale and may have minor defects.

 

  1. Terms and Conditions for Submitting an Exchange of Goods

Terms and conditions for submitting a return if the goods sent do not match the order (wrong goods sent by svrg.co.id / Shipping Service Courier) or there is a defect in the goods received:

    1. The maximum return request is 3x24 hours after the item is received by the buyer (based on the delivery time and date listed in the selected delivery service system).
    2. It is mandatory to include valid evidence in the form of an unboxing video and photos of the product received.
    3. The item is still in new condition, unused, not dirty and odorless (item code tag, brand tag from svrg.co.id has not been removed).
    4. All items are still in new condition and complete as delivered
    5. The item must be sent back to svrg.co.id first for investigation and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
    6. The investigation process for defective goods is 2x24 working hours from the time we receive the goods and their accessories.
    7. Make a payment for the price difference if you exchange it for a more expensive item (exchanges can only be made with a minimum of the same or higher price).
    8. We will ship the replacement item within 1-3 days from the date we receive the returned item. We will inform you of the new tracking number one day after delivery.
    9. We svrg.co.id have the right to reject a return request if one of the above conditions is not met.
    10. Sending goods back to svrg.co.id can only be carried out if there is an agreement between the two parties.

Terms and Conditions for Apparel Exchange Requests (Size Wrong)

    1. Sportswear products include t-shirts, pants, jackets, sweaters, trousers, bras and hoodies.
    2. The maximum return request is 3x24 hours after the item is received by the buyer (based on the time and date of receipt listed in the selected delivery service system).
    3. It is mandatory to include valid evidence in the form of an unboxing video and photos of the product received.
    4. The goods are still in new condition and have not been used and definitely do not smell (item code tag, brand tag have not been removed)
    5. All items are still in new condition and complete as sent (dust bag, box, tag and card)
    6. Sportswear products can only be exchanged for the same type with a different size. If the size desired by the buyer is out of stock, the buyer can exchange it for another garment.
    7. Size exchange can only be done a maximum of 1 time.
    8. The buyer will make a payment for the price difference if they exchange it for a more expensive item (exchanges can only be made with a minimum of the same or higher price).
    9. The item must be sent back to svrg.co.id first for investigation and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
    10. When the item is received, the Buyer will be asked to send the shipping costs for the replacement item.
    11. Replacement items will be shipped within 1-3 days of receiving the returned item. We will provide a new tracking number one day after delivery. Shipping costs for the new item will be borne by the buyer.
    12. svrg.co.id has the right to reject a return request if one of the above conditions is not met.
    13. Sending goods back to svrg.co.id can only be carried out if there is an agreement between the two parties.

  1. Refund

Customer satisfaction is paramount to svrg.co.id. We will refund your money in full if the product you receive is damaged/defective, or if the product you ordered is out of stock.

We will process your refund after we receive your returned product or after we confirm that the item you ordered is out of stock.

Refund requests must comply with the applicable refund terms. svrg.co.id reserves the right to reject a refund request if any of the terms are not met.

    8. You will be charged according to the payment method used. Refunds will be made for the amount you paid, minus a percentage based on the method you used, and include return shipping costs to svrg.co.id.
    9. svrg.co.id has the right to refuse a refund application if one of the conditions above is not met.

Refund conditions for items with out of stock (OOS) status:

    1. Generally, the refund process takes 1-3 business days, depending on the payment method you initially chose.
    2. You won't be charged a penny. Refunds will be made according to the amount you paid.
