SVRG Warranty Form Filling Guide

Select a guide according to your needs: Registration (product registration) or Claim (report issue + submit evidence). Fields marked with * are mandatory.

Prepare: Order ID, product name, purchase date, active WhatsApp number, and email.

  1. Select product (*)
    Type product name → select from the list.
  2. If the product is not in the options
    Type ship → select Shipping Insurance.
    After that, you must write the original product name in the “Can’t find your product? Type it here” field.
  3. Can’t find your product? Type it here
    Write the complete product name. Suggested format: Product Name – Variant/Size – Color
    Example: Adjustable Dumbbell – 10 KG – Black
  4. Order ID (*)
    Fill in the order number according to the place of purchase (Website/Tokopedia/Shopee/TikTok/Offline).
  5. Phone (*)
    Active number (WhatsApp recommended). Format: 08xxx or +628xxx.
  6. Purchase date (*) & Purchase Via (*)
    Select purchase date according to invoice + select purchase channel.
  7. First Name (*) / Last Name (*) / Email (*)
    Fill in according to buyer data, then click Register.
Warranty Claim Product Warranty Claim

Prepare: Order ID, product name, purchase date, active WhatsApp number, email, and Google Drive link containing evidence.

  1. Choose a product (*)
    Type product name → select from the list.
    If the product does not appear: type ship → select Shipping Insurance, then write the original product in the “Can’t find your product? Type it here” field.
  2. Order ID (*)
    Fill in the order number according to the purchase channel (Website/Tokopedia/Shopee/TikTok/Offline).
  3. Purchase Date (*) & Purchase Via (*)
    Select the purchase date according to the invoice + select the purchase channel.
  4. First Name (*) / Last Name (*) / Email (*)
    Fill in according to buyer data for quick verification.
  5. Google Drive Link (*) — fill in claim evidence
    Upload evidence to Google Drive, then paste the folder link in this field.
    Minimum folder contents:
    • Unboxing video (mandatory, from unopened package until product is clearly visible)
    • Photo/video of current product condition (close-up of defect + wide shot)
    Important: ensure Drive access is set to “Anyone with the link” so our team can check.
  6. Reason (*)
    Explain briefly but clearly. Suggested format: What is the problem + since when + how was it used + which part
    Example: "Handle loose since 2nd use. Used normally indoors. Lock not engaging perfectly."
  7. Click Submit claim after all data & evidence are complete.
