Shopping Terms and Conditions

Product orders through the svrg.co.id payment gateway can be made every day within 24 hours. Our customer service is ready to serve you (Monday - Sunday: 09:00 - 24:00 WIB). For orders on Sundays/Holidays and outside of operating hours, orders will be entered in the queue and processed on the next working day.
Each order will be charged a service fee per transaction according to the total shopping.
We do not accept product requests that are deemed sufficiently complete on the website. If you want clearer photos, please request to our customer service. We need about 1-2 days to send the photos and we reserve the right to reject your request.
Transactions made through the site will be confirmed via email.
Prices for products and shipping services may change according to svrg.co.id's policy without prior notification.

Payment Terms and Conditions

svrg.co.id has the right to refuse customer transactions if deemed inappropriate.
Customers can make payment for orders automatically or manually, namely by transferring to the bank listed on the checkout page.

We accept payments from all Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, Bank Transfers, as well as Go-Pay and Shopee Pay. We also offer payments through Alfa Group (Alfamidi / Alfamart) or Indomaret.
co.id does not store your credit card information, which is sent directly to our payment gateway partners for processing.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Delivery of orders is made after payment has been verified. Customers can check the order status in the order history.
Your order will be processed on working days and hours according to the existing queue.
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days but it is possible that the order will be sent to the courier on the same day. To calculate the total delivery time, the courier delivery time also needs to be considered.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier errors or force majeure such as natural disasters, floods, riots, etc.
The receipt number will be informed through our system via Account, SMS and email.
All kinds of losses due to svrg.co.id errors or shipping couriers will be replaced 100 percent.

Order taking is done after payment has been verified. Customers can check the order status in the order history.
Your order will be processed on working days and hours according to the existing queue (working hours Monday-Sunday 09.00-18.00).
All orders will be processed within 1 working hour but it is possible that the order will not be packed due to certain constraints.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier errors or force majeure such as natural disasters, floods, riots, etc.

Refund Terms and Conditions

Payment via Bank Transfer: we will transfer the refund manually to the customer's account.
