  1. How to Submit a Return of Goods
    1. Make sure that all conditions for product returns have been met
    2. Contact our Customer Service to confirm the product return and explain the reason for the return along with supporting data (photos, unboxing videos, receipt number and order number).
    3. If the item return application is approved, Customer Service will contact you.
    4. Prepare the product and repackage the product properly.
    5. Send the product back to the address that was informed by the customer service, the detailed address below.
    6. Send the delivery receipt number along with your complaint reporting number to SVRG. Customer Service after you send the product

  1. Return Policy

Application for return of this item can only be accepted if:

    1. The goods received are not in accordance with the order (wrong delivery of goods) or there is a defect in the goods. All shipping costs will be fully borne by svrg.co.id
    2. For clothing & footwear can be returned if the size does not match within 7 days from the date of purchase. All shipping costs will be fully borne by the customer.
    3. Return of goods is not part of a clearance sale which may have a minor defect.

 

  1. Terms of Submission of Exchange of Goods

Provisions for submitting a return if the item sent is not in accordance with the order (wrong item sent from svrg.co.id / Delivery Service Courier) or there is a defect in the item received:

    1. Submission of returns maximum 3x24 hours after the item is received by the buyer (based on the delivered hour and date listed on the selected shipping service system)
    2. Must include valid evidence in the form of video unboxing and photos of the products received.
    3. Items are still in new condition, unused, not dirty and odorless (item code tags, brand tags from svrg.co.id have not been released).
    4. All items are still in new condition and complete according to what was sent
    5. The goods must be sent back to svrg.co.id beforehand for investigation and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
    6. The investigation process for defective goods is 2x24 working hours from the time we receive the goods and their accessories.
    7. Make payments for price differences when exchanging with goods that are more expensive (exchanges can only be made at a minimum with the price of goods that are more or the same).
    8. Within 1-3 days, we will send a replacement item as soon as we receive the returned item. We will inform you on the new receipt number H + 1 after delivery.
    9. We, svrg.co.id, have the right to refuse a return application if one of the conditions above is not met.
    10. Sending goods back to svrg.co.id may only be carried out if there is an agreement between the two parties.

Provisions for Submission of Apparel Exchange (Size Error)

    1. Included in sportwear products are shirts, pants, jackets, sweaters, pants, bras, and hoodies.
    2. Submission of returns a maximum of 3x24 hours after the item is received by the buyer (based on the time and date received listed on the selected shipping service system)
    3. Must include valid evidence in the form of video unboxing and photos of the products received.
    4. The item is still in new condition and has not been used and certainly does not smell (item code tag, brand tag has not been removed)
    5. All items are still in new condition and complete according to what was sent (dustbag, box, tag and card)
    6. Exchanging sportwear products can only be done in the same type with a different size. If the size desired by the buyer is out of stock, the buyer can exchange it for other garments.
    7. Size exchange can only be done a maximum of 1 time.
    8. The buyer will make a payment for the price difference when exchanging with goods that are more expensive (exchanges can only be made at a minimum with the price of goods that are more or the same).
    9. The goods must be sent back to svrg.co.id beforehand for investigation and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer
    10. Upon receipt of the item, the Buyer will be required to post shipping costs for shipping a replacement item.
    11. Replacement items will be sent within 1-3 days from when we receive the returned item. We will inform you on the new receipt number H + 1 after delivery. The cost of shipping new items will be borne by the buyer.
    12. svrg.co.id has the right to refuse a return application if one of the conditions above is not met.
    13. Sending goods back to svrg.co.id may only be carried out if there is an agreement between the two parties.

  1. Refund

Customer satisfaction is the most important for svrg.co.id. We will return your funds 100% in full if the product you received is damaged/defective and also if it turns out that the product you ordered has run out.

We will process a refund after we receive the product return or after we confirm that the item you ordered is out of stock.

Refund requests must be in accordance with the applicable refund conditions. Svrg.co.id has the right to refuse a refund application, if one of the conditions is not met.
