- How to Request a Return of Goods
- Make sure that all conditions for returning the product have been met
- Contact our Customer Service to confirm the product return and explain the reason for the return accompanied by supporting data (photos, unboxing video, receipt number and order number).
- If your application for returning goods is approved, Customer Service will contact you.
- Prepare the product and repackage the product properly.
- Send the product back to the address provided by customer service, detailed address below.
- Send the delivery receipt number along with your complaint reporting number to SVRG. Customer Service after you send the product
- Policy for Returning Goods (Returns)
Applications for returning this item can only be accepted if:
- The goods received do not match the order (wrong goods were sent) or there is a defect in the goods. All costs for shipping goods will be borne entirely by svrg.co.id
- Clothing & footwear can be returned if the size does not match within 7 days from the date of purchase. All costs for shipping goods will be borne entirely by the customer.
- Returning goods is not part of the clearance sale which may have minor defects.

- Terms of Application for Exchange of Goods
Conditions for submitting a return if the goods sent do not match the order (the wrong goods were sent by svrg.co.id / Courier Delivery Service) or there is a defect in the goods received:
- Returns can be submitted within a maximum of 3 x 24 hours from the time the goods are received by the buyer (based on the delivery time and date listed on the selected delivery service system)
- Must include valid evidence in the form of an unboxing video and also photos of the product received.
- The goods are still in new condition, have not been used, are not dirty and have no smell (item code tag, brand tag from svrg.co.id have not been removed).
- All items are still in new condition and complete as delivered
- Goods must be sent back to svrg.co.id first for investigation and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
- The investigation process for defective goods is 2x24 working hours from the time we receive the goods and their accessories.
- Make payment for the difference in price when exchanging for goods that are more expensive (exchange can only be made for at least the price of goods that are more or the same).
- Within 1-3 days, we will immediately send a replacement item starting from the time we receive the returned item. We will inform you of the new receipt number H+1 after delivery.
- We at svrg.co.id have the right to refuse a return request if one of the conditions above is not met.
- Sending goods back to svrg.co.id can only be carried out if there is an agreement between the two parties.
Conditions for Submitting Apparel Exchange (Size Error)
- Included in sportwear products are t-shirts, trousers, jackets, sweaters, pants, bras and hoodies.
- Returns must be submitted within a maximum of 3 x 24 hours after the goods are received by the buyer (based on the time and date of receipt listed on the selected delivery service system)
- Must include valid evidence in the form of an unboxing video and also photos of the product received.
- The goods are still in new condition and have not been used and definitely do not smell (item code tag, brand tag have not been removed)
- All items are still in new condition and complete as sent (dust bag, box, tag and card)
- Sportswear products can only be exchanged for the same type with a different size. If the size desired by the buyer is out of stock, the buyer can exchange it for another garment.
- Size exchange can only be done a maximum of once.
- The buyer will make payment for the price difference if he exchanges goods that are more expensive (exchanges can only be made at least for goods that are more or the same price).
- Goods must be sent back to svrg.co.id first for investigation and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer
- When the item is received, the Buyer will be asked to remit shipping costs for sending a replacement item.
- Replacement goods will be sent within 1-3 days from the time we receive the returned goods. We will inform you of the new receipt number H+1 after delivery. Shipping costs for new items will be borne by the buyer.
- svrg.co.id has the right to refuse a return request if one of the conditions above is not met.
- Sending goods back to svrg.co.id can only be carried out if there is an agreement between the two parties.
- Refund (Refund)
Customer satisfaction is the most important thing for svrg.co.id. We will refund you 100% in full if the product you receive turns out to be damaged/defective and also if it turns out the product you have ordered is out of stock.
We will process the refund after we receive the product return or after we confirm that the goods you ordered are out of stock.
Refund applications must comply with the applicable refund provisions. svrg.co.id has the right to refuse a refund application if one of the conditions is not met.
- Refund Details Based on Payment Method
The time required for the refund process varies depending on the payment method you choose initially. The following is the estimated time required for the refund process:

Refund provisions if the goods received do not match what was ordered (wrong delivery) or if there is a defect in the goods received:

- All items are still in new condition and complete as sent (dust bag, box, tag and card)
- Goods must be sent back to svrg.co.id first for investigation and shipping costs will be borne by svrg.co.id
- The investigation process for defective goods is 2x24 working hours from the time we receive the goods and their accessories.
- Generally the refund process takes 1-3 working days, depending on the payment method you initially chose.
- You will be charged according to the method of use when payment takes place. Refunds will be made according to the nominal amount you paid, a % deducted according to the method you used, and the cost of sending the goods back to the address svrg.co.id
- svrg.co.id has the right to refuse a refund application if one of the conditions above is not met.
Refund provisions for goods whose status is out of stock (OOS):
- Generally the refund process takes 1-3 working days, depending on the payment method you initially chose.
- You will not be charged a penny. Refunds will be made according to the nominal amount you paid.
