How to order?
- First you must have an account on our website
- You can select our products by product category or all products
- Choose the product you want and adjust the variant / color
- Make sure the product and variant/color and quantity are what you want then add to the basket
- Double check your order in the basket
- Fill in your biodata and make sure the delivery address matches what is entered from your name, address details, telephone number, email, and the selection of customized shipping services
- Enter the coupon code if you have one
- Then please pay according to the total that has been stated
How do I create an account?
Now it's easier than ever to create an account on The Republic of Svarga. Just sign in using your Google account or create an account using your email and password.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to accommodate order changes after checkout has resumed. Please reconfirm the order you made before checking out.
Where can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Your orders for past and current orders will be listed in Order History. Also, check your email for the latest order status from us.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return/exchange my order? If you have a problem with your order, you can take advantage of our return policy. Just follow our return policy rules to ensure that we can process your return.
Can I refund my product?
We currently only offer returns/exchanges and not refunds.
Delivery
How do I track my order? Our website does not currently provide an order tracking feature. You can track your order through the website of each shipping service used after receiving the shipping number from our customer service.
What delivery options do you offer?
We only offer delivery via JNE and J&T at this time, and your order is delivered to your doorstep based on the service you choose as well as your location.
Payments, Promotions and Gift Cards
What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments from all Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, Bank Transfers, as well as Go-Pay and Shopee Pay. We also offer payments through Alfa Group (Alfamidi / Alfamart) or Indomaret.
Is my credit card information safe?
The Republic of Svarga does not store your credit card information, which is sent directly to our payment gateway partners for processing.
