Sports Tips Without Leaving Your Desk

In fact sitting too long is dangerous you know. I'm so busy that I don't have time to exercise. So, Svarga has sports tips for those of you who are super busy.

Tips 1

Straighten your posture. Place the Resistance Band in the middle of your feet. Raise your hands up slowly. Then lower it back down slowly too.

Tip 2

Roll Resistance on both of your palms. Pull your hands in opposite directions until the resistance band touches your chest. And don't forget your body is in an upright position.

Tip 3

Put Resistance on the back of your chair. Position slightly stretched across your body. You can vary this movement. You can drag it up a bit.

Tip 4

For this last movement, you do it without the help of a resistance band. Sit on the edge of the chair, then move your hands left and right.

This exercise makes your body more relaxed and of course you can focus more at work. You can do it for 5 minutes, Svargans.
